Because your favourite booking service is now available wherever you have a mobile connection, anywhere in the world. And with ukticketsmobile.co.uk you can book later in the day for that surprise event you forgot to book weeks ago!

1. How do I use the service?
   

Just enter ukticketsmobile.co.uk into the browser on your Apple iPhone, Google Android or Nokia smartphones (series 60 version 3 or later) and the service will load automatically. Or, if you are reading this on your mobile, simply click the link. Don’t forget to save it to your favourites.

1. Which mobile phones are supported?
   

Currently, the Apple iPhone, Google Android and Nokia smartphones (series 60 version 3 or later) are fully supported. Other Smartphones may have limited functionality at present but may be fully supported in future.

1. Is payment secure?
   

When you press ‘Book’ your mobile will automatically dial our booking centre where you will speak directly with a real person, based in the UK.  Your card details will be given verbally just like any other phone purchase.

1. How do I get the tickets?
   

If you are booking in advance your tickets will be sent to you. If you are booking too late for the tickets to be sent, you pick them up at the theatre box office by showing the credit card with which you made your booking.

1. How late in the day can I book tickets?
   

Subject to availability you can book up to 6.30 pm on the evening of the show via  ukticketsmobile.co.uk

1. What information will ukticketsmobile.co.uk give me?
   

Show profiles, ticket availability, ticket prices and theatre location maps (iPhone only) are all clearly displayed via ukticketsmobile.co.uk Ticket availability is shown for the day you are using the service and if there is no availability on that day, the next day the show is available.
